Show Admission: Exhibitors and Visitors registering at the show will need a badge to enter the show. This badge is valid for all show days.
ADS Shows Inc. will maintain a show office and show personnel will be available on the floor during move-in, all show hours and move-out.

Please Note: Shipments to the Tradex Centre must be prepaid and scheduled to arrive no earlier than 10:00am Thursday, June 6th. Collect shipments, or those arriving prior to June 6th will not be accepted by Tradex Centre Staff.

Exhibitor Badges:

All personnel working in your booth must have an exhibitor badge. Order online or Click on the DOWNLOAD button to print it. Submission deadline is May 24th, 2024. Exhibitor Badges will be available for pick up on Friday, June 7th at the Registration Desk between 10:00am and 5:00pm.

Certificate of
Liability Insurance (COI)

All vendors must possess Valid Certificate of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance; for a minimum of $2,000,000 dollars to protect the Exhibitors, the attending public, the show organizer and yourself.

Our insurance policy does not extend coverage to any exhibits and requires you to submit a Certificate of Insurance for your participation at APNA TRUCK SHOW

Certificate of Insurance, must have the following:

  • ADS Shows Inc., Fraser Valley Exhibition Centre Inc. and the City of Abbotsford listed as additional Insureds
  • Effective dates must cover show dates plus Move-in and Move-out date i.e. June 6th 2024 to June 9th 2024
  • Comprehensive General Liability of $2,000,000

REQUEST FOR SET-UP BY NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR FORM

This form is applicable if an exhibit will be erected (etc.) by an outside supplier/contractor (e.g. a display house).

Internet Service:

Galactic Entertainment is the official provider of internet services at the Tradex. Tradex does offer Free Vendor Wifi for exhibitors. It has a maximum download/upload speed of 10 mbps but free wifi is recommended for not more than checking email and social media.

For payment systems, webstores, etc purchasing access to the Enhanced Vendor Network is recommended which is $50 plus tax for the first device and $25 plus tax for each additional device per booth.

Participation in the show to your customers? Here’s how:
1. Add a link on your website to the show site.

Move-in & Move-out Schedule

MOVE-IN SCHEDULE
All exhibitors will be moved in on Thursday June 6th and Friday June 7th and will be assigned specific move-in times according to your location on the show floor. These times will be faxed or emailed to you by the Show Manager prior to the event. All exhibits must be complete by Friday 5pm.

MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE
Move-out will begin immediately following show closing at 5pm. All exhibitors displays and products must be removed from the facility by 11PM on Sunday, June 9th. While Show Management will take all reasonable security measures to safeguard small items, immediate removal of such items will minimize the possibility of loss. Show Management is not responsible for the loss of any item from an exhibitor’s booth, nor is the facility.

IMPORTANT: If freight is still on the show floor Sunday at midnight, Show Management reserves the right to ship your freight with the Official Show Carrier with all costs being billed to the exhibitor. If you are using another carrier and foresee a problem with Sunday evening pick-up, please contact Show Management.

PLEASE NOTE: No exhibit may be removed in part or in whole prior to the close of the Trade Show at 5pm, Sunday, June 9th.
